About Me
My name is Beth. I'm a Full-Spectrum Doula trained by Birthing Advocacy Doula Training(pending certification). I started my birth work journey as a Registered Respiratory Therapist working in hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Units. During this work, I had the privilege of attending over 1,000 high-risk births and caring for many pre-term & other infants who were not able to breathe on their own. Over my 8 year career as a Respiratory Therapist, I gained a wealth of clinical knowledge that I am carrying into my work as a Full-Spectrum Doula. Now, as a Doula, I have learned to foster self-advocacy and support all stages of birth.

I am currently married with no kids(yet!) and relocating to my home town of Tehachapi, CA. I plan to serve Tehachapi and surrounding communities to provide informed support to any birthing person or family type needing my services.

Birthing Advocacy Doula Training
Completed 52 hour, 12 week, Live Full-Spectrum Doula Course(pending certification).
*Also completing Continuing Education Courses frequently as they become available.

Knowledgeable of high-risk pregnancy/birth, emergency interventions, NICU transitions, how to navigate NICU stays, and non-emergency medical interventions.
